These draft terms cover the Cloud Savings Scanner offered by Blue Heron Digital Services LLC, Lakeland, Florida ("Blue Heron").

The service

You upload an Azure or AWS cost export. We draft a savings review. Scott Wood checks it and may send you a note. The app does not email you automatically, and it does not change your cloud account.

Phase 0 does not connect to your cloud. You keep your passwords and keys.

Estimates

Every savings figure is an estimate. Ranges can describe the same resources and must not be added into one promise. They are not a quote, a credit, a refund, or a guarantee. Check each item in the portal before you delete or resize anything.

Your file

You confirm that you have the right to share the billing file. Do not upload secrets, passwords, or data you are not allowed to send.

Our limits

The review is a reading of the file you sent. It is not an audit, a tax opinion, or a commitment to save a stated amount. To the extent the law allows, Blue Heron is not liable for decisions you make from the draft, including deleted disks, released addresses, or purchased reservations.

A final limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, and governing-law clause (Florida) should be written by counsel before these terms are published.

Privacy

The draft privacy notice describes what we keep and how to delete it. Raw uploads are deleted on a timer. Delete-on-request removes the draft as well.
